Our Story
InSite Educational Facility Services (“InSite EFS”) was founded in 2004 as a real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in educational facilities nationwide. By laying our foundation in educational facilities, we’ve built partnerships with non-profit and faith-based organizations and firmly established ourselves as thought leaders and industry leaders within these sectors over the last decade. Our 60+ years of combined experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, and development has proved invaluable when extending our services to schools and nonprofit facilities.
We’ve added over 85,000 seats to schools nationwide and facilitated over 150 real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess in $1.3 billion. We don’t take a myopic approach to our business, however. On top of working with some of the nation’s largest educational institutions and mission driven non-profit organizations, our ability to impartially navigate the considerations of property owners is what has led to our stellar reputation industry wide.
